Price Information for the Logic Notation Guide
The price for the book (without shipping and handling) is
33.-- Euro (which equals approximately 39,- US dollars, as of May 22nd, 2003.
Currency exchange rates change all the time. Please note that I can only charge
the price in Euro). For residents of the European Union I also have to charge
10% VAT tax (unless a valid VAT number is supplied with the order, which needs
to be verified). This results in a price for the book itself of 36,30 Euro including
VAT inside the EU.
Shipping and Packaging
The charges for shipping and packaging depend on the destination
address. Unfortunately, shipping prices were raised significantly effective
of June 1st, 2003, especially for overseas destinations. The following prices
include the book, shipping and packaging. In addition, you will receive an email
with a download link for the
supplementary file archive that contains the LNG addendum and the supplementary
song files.

- Austria: 40,42 Euro incl. 10% VAT (Mehrwertsteuer)
- European Union: 45,65 Euro incl. 10% VAT (Mehrwertsteuer)

Price for the Special Combination
Offer

The price for the special combination offer (book and CD
without shipping and handling) is 42,50 Euro, which equals approximately 37,80
US dollars (as of December 2001). For residents of the European Union I also
have to charge 10% VAT tax for the book and 20% VAT for the CD (unless a valid
VAT number is supplied with the order, which needs to be verified).
